Dinner at Nazca

We ordered fish ceviche again and this one tasted slightly differently than the one we had last night but just as good. Last night the fish was half marinated and slightly saltier than this one. Tonight's ceviche was a bit more tangy and fully marinated. I guess this is like in Germany where beer is different from city to city. The chicken marinated in wine sauce was recommend in Fodor but I found it a bit dried in the outside. Overall, quite good of a meal :)
