The most famous Guinea Pig

Everyone is supposed to try it when visiting Peru. I was going to try it today but the restaurant only offered deep fried version. Our neighbor table order one and one look of the whole thing really turned me off. The head was attached. There is not much meat to it. Seniors seem to like them as they can saviour them bite by bite ( similar to Chinese seniors like to eat fish heads). It was definitely not for me.
