All the house specials on one plate. The plate was massive and full to the brim. It included pickled lamb hoofs ( literally just skin and bones); stuffed hot chili pepper (another signature dish); beef stew; tripe with potatoes, big piece of potato pie, piece of gigantic corn; piece of local cheese and rice as well as a big glass of Chicha Miranda. The food was quite good except the lamb hoof (even for Richard who loves lamb did not attempt to eat them). I don't think we need dinner tonight. We are eating like the locals now - heavy lunch and light dinner.
