House special - succulent young pigs

Oven baked with a huge potato pie and cooked veggies. The portion was BiG. Take a look at the size of the potato pie!  It was cooked with eggs and cheese layered together. The pork was indeed very succulent but the skin was not crispy. Quite good. I guess I can skip dinner after this big lunch.
