Day 20 – Jul 11, 2019 Buenos Aires, Argentina

Having our breakfast on the 25^th floor restaurant was an amazing experience.  We had an uninterrupted view to the North and West of Montevideo.  We took advantage of our suite and only checked out at noon.  Walking to the Tres Cruses bus terminal, we took the luxury bus back to Colonia del Sacramento and transferred to the ferry back to Buenos Aires.

Uruguay is probably the only country that we visited without seeing its currency!  Our San Telmo hotel gave us an unexpected upgrade so we ended our trip on a high note.  There was even a jacuzzi in our bathroom.  Luckily we made it back to the hotel just in time because the thunderstorms later in the evening and overnight were so severe that the airport was forced to cancel many flights!
